Shropshire Community Foundation Announces Annual General Meeting Schedule
Shropshire Community Foundation is pleased to announce the schedule for its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
The meeting will take place on Tuesday 30 January 2024 at the Willey Estate Offices Broseley and online on MS Teams.
The meeting is set to take place with the following agenda:
• 2.30pm: Item 1 – Opening of the meeting with welcome, introductions, and apologies.
• 2.35pm: Item 2 – A welcome address by The Lord-Lieutenant of Shropshire, Mrs Anna Turner.
• Items 3 & 4 – Approval of minutes from the previous AGM and discussion of matters arising, both marked N/A.
• 2.40pm: Item 5 – The Chairperson’s report and remarks.
• 2.45pm: Item 6 – Receipt of the 2022/3 annual accounts.
• 2.55pm: Item 7 – Presentation and approval of the annual report.
• 3.00pm: Item 8 – Election of the Trustee Board.
• Item 9 – Election of Officers.
• 3.05pm: Item 10 – Re-appointment of WR Partners.
• 3.10pm: Item 11 – Any Other Business (AOB).
• 3.15pm: Item 12 – Setting the date and time for the next AGM.
